GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN (October 18, 2011) — TriMatrix Laboratories, Inc., (TriMatrix), is pleased to announce that it is has received the 2011 ACIL Seal of Excellence Award. This award marks the 9th year that TriMatrix has received this honor. The award, presented annually by the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL), is based upon a multitude of measurable parameters.
“We are pleased that ACIL has recognized and honored TriMatrix with this award for the ninth time,” said Douglas Kriscunas, President. “This award is important to TriMatrix because a large part of the ACIL evaluation criteria is based upon client evaluation of our analytical data quality, timeliness of analytical data, client services, and our technical expertise.”
The ACIL Seal of Excellence Program requires that competing laboratories distribute client satisfaction surveys. The surveys, which are completed by clients and sent directly to ACIL, evaluate competing laboratories on data quality, customer service, technical expertise, value received, and timeliness.
“Our clients depend upon the quality of our analytical data to make important project decisions, both short-term and long-term. The ability of TriMatrix to provide data that can be depended upon drives all operations at the laboratory and the ACIL Seal of Excellence Award is testament to this commitment,” said Kriscunas.
TriMatrix, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is an independent environmental testing laboratory providing comprehensive environmental analytical services to clients throughout the United States.
