TriMatrix honored with the ACIL Seal of Excellence Award

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN (October 21, 2010) — TriMatrix Laboratories, Inc., (TriMatrix), is pleased to announce that it is has received the 2010 ACIL Seal of Excellence Award. The award, presented annually by the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL), is based upon a multitude of measurable parameters, including data quality, client service, technical expertise, and on-time delivery of analytical data. This award marks the eighth year that TriMatrix has received this honor.

“Once again, we are honored to be selected as a recipient of the ACIL Seal of Excellence Award. We are proud of this accomplishment because the ACIL Seal of Excellence Award is based upon our client’s evaluation of our technical capabilities, our commitment to quality, and client service,” said Douglas Kriscunas, company president. “The fact that we have been honored eight times is indicative of our long-term commitment to our clients.”

The ACIL Seal of Excellence Program requires that competing laboratories submit one year of proficiency testing scores and distribute client satisfaction surveys. The surveys, which are completed by clients and sent directly to ACIL, evaluate competing laboratories on data quality, customer service, technical expertise, value received, and timeliness.
