TriMatrix Awarded Renewal of DoD ELAP Certification

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN (June 22, 2011) – TriMatrix Laboratories, Inc., (TriMatrix) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a renewal of its laboratory certification through the Department of Defense (DoD) Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (DoD ELAP).

The DoD ELAP certification allows TriMatrix to provide environmental laboratory testing services to support projects for the U.S. Navy, the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. TriMatrix was awarded its certification based upon compliance with the standards established in the Department of Defense Quality Systems Manual (DoD QSM), version 4.2.

TriMatrix has supported projects for the DoD in support of defense operations both domestically and globally, including the analysis of samples from Afghanistan, Iraq, and more than 50 other countries, along with domestic military bases and facilities, including Andrews Air Force Base, the Great Lakes Naval Station, and Fort Bragg.

TriMatrix is an independent environmental testing laboratory providing comprehensive environmental analytical services to clients throughout the United States.
