Electronic Data Deliverables
TriMatrix routinely provides analytical results in electronic format for all deliverable levels. Electronic deliverables are often provided on CD-ROM, diskettes or e-mail in formats that can be customized to meet the clients reporting requirements. Some of the electronic deliverable formats TriMatrix routinely provides include Excel, GIS Key, Lotus, Quattro and many client-specified schemes.
All electronic data transfers and data disk deliverables are generated by downloading data directly from the TriMatrix LIMS. As a result, all data provided electronically comes from the same data base, and is subject to the same quality control procedures, as data provided in hard copy formats. This protocol eliminates the risky practice of manually re-entering data for electronic deliverables.
TriMatrix has a team of computer systems administrators that provide support to customers needing additional options to meet their reporting requirements. Below is a sampling of some of the standard and custom EDDs offered by TriMatrix.
