TriMatrix offers a variety of analytical data packages formatted to meet the reporting needs and varying data quality objectives of its clients. The data packages offered range from the “TriMatrix Level 1” through “Level 4” reports; with Level 1 comprised simply of results, methods, and data qualifiers and Level 4 being “CLP-Like” deliverables, which contain the information necessary for independent, third-party data validation. TriMatrix has developed a sophisticated and easy-to-use CLP-Like Analytical Data Package. Our CLP packages are data validator-friendly, created to provide all analytical data reporting requisites, including raw data and CLP reporting forms. TriMatrix has provided thousands of CLP-like data packages to support projects for industry and the DoD.
Prior to a project commencement, the appropriate data package should be identified to assure that regulatory requirements will be achieved. The data package should be selected based upon its ability to successfully demonstrate that the Project’s DQOs have been achieved. The amount of information required to demonstrate attainment of DQOs depends upon the acceptable level of uncertainty for the intended use of data.
TriMatrix utilizes Promium’s Element Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for all laboratory data management operations, including final report generation and electronic data deliverables. Element is used extensively for all data capture, calculations and quality control monitoring of laboratory testing activities. All LIMS-generated client reports and EDDs are generated from a single output file for a selected work order or sample delivery group. Any regeneration of laboratory reports for a higher level of deliverables and EDD are created from this stored file.
