Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Experience. Dedication. Integrity.

Analytical data is only as good as the scientists, instrumentation, and processes standing behind the final product. The TriMatrix team of scientists and professionals possesses a depth of experience and talent difficult to equal. These traits have led TriMatrix to gain recognition as one of the premier environmental testing laboratories in the United States.

The company’s success and industry recognition can be credited to reliable analytical services, a highly trained and experienced technical staff, advanced instrumentation and facilities, and a rigorous Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Program that is NELAC and ISO-compliant. TriMatrix is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (refer to joint ISO-ILAC-IAF Communiqué dated 8 January 2009).

TriMatrix maintains accreditation with the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) and the Department of Defense Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (DoD ELAP).

TriMatrix offers its clients the security in knowing that the overwhelming majority of all analytical testing will be performed by one laboratory facility, following one consistent set of analytical guidance principals, under the direction of one Quality Assurance Program. Because all analytical testing will be performed at our Grand Rapids laboratory, there will never be a doubt that all laboratory analysis will be performed following the program requirements.

In the competitive environmental laboratory industry, the primary tenet of continued success is to efficiently provide results of the necessary quality. TriMatrix agrees with this principle, considers analytical quality assurance and quality control to be of great importance, and has incorporated it as a central pillar of its efforts to remain on the leading edge of this field. The requirements we place on ourselves are in concert with the needs and agendas of other organizations, such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, our governmental and industrial clients, and various state and local regulatory agencies.
