Project Management
A dedicated Project Chemist manages each client TriMatrix supports.
The primary responsibility of each Project Chemist is project
management – essentially functioning as a liaison between
the client and laboratory operations. This approach to project
management provides clients with a high degree of responsiveness
and quality. The Project Chemist has ultimate responsibility
for ensuring the targeted Data Quality Objectives (DQOs) are
achieved for each project.
Analytical Data Packages and Electronic Data Deliverables
TriMatrix offers a variety of analytical data packages to meet
the reporting needs and varying DQOs of its clients. The data
packages range from basic results all the way through CLP-Like
Data Package and ERPIMS deliverables (EDDs) in several formats
to compliment the hard copy data packages.
